Classes Offered

  • Private prenatal yoga that supports strength, confidence, and physical preparation for childbirth and postpartum. Pregnancy is a capable, powerful time. I would be honoured to be part of your experience.

  • Private postnatal yoga that rebuilds strength, restores mobility, and supports a gradual return to movement after birth. Sessions can be practiced with baby present, or I can arrange for childcare to be available when practiced at my home studio. With this flexible offering, I want to honour the body’s recovery and the realities of early motherhood.

  • Private yoga sessions tailored to your needs.

Bonjour! I’m Magali.

I teach yoga to help women cultivate strength and joy.

I came to yoga through movement. Years of competitive gymnastics and a love for dance shaped how I understand the body’s intelligence. Yoga later became my main practice, where effort softened into breath and presence.

For ten years, I worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer in demanding environments. Yoga was my anchor and my oasis through seasons of stress and grief. It also supported two active, pain-free pregnancies, an unmedicated birth, and the early seasons of motherhood.

My business Wood Nymph Yoga is rooted in the understanding that yoga is not luck, and not a trend, but a gift made available to us. A demanding and generous discipline that helps move pain, work through emotions and turn them into presence and clarity. It asks only that we return to the mat, again and again, and it gives back more than we can measure.

Off my mat, I am a mom, an avid reader of fiction, and very good at repairing broken toys.
